I work only with high quality materials and professional colors.
All my paintings are protected from UV rays and dust with coats of satin varnish.

  • Currently shipping policy

    General Shipping Info

    It may take up to 2-3 business days for me to prepare your piece for shipping in addition to the shipping time itself. I will contact you personally with all shipping information and time estimates once your order is placed. 

    All paintings over 40 inches must be shipped un-stretched and rolled in a shipping tube. This is due to the very high costs of shipping that size. If you would like to have me quote you a price for shipping a stretched piece please email me lala.alvarezart@gmail.com. Un-stretched artwork can be taken to any local art shop and stretched easily and is generally more cost-effective than the cost of shipping.  

     

    International Shipping

    I am happy to work with you on shipping outside the US if you contact me via email lala.alvarezart@gmail.com. International shipping costs may need to be invoiced separately once I get a shipping quote. If you reach out before purchasing I will hold a piece for you until we can reach a shipping agreement.

    All pieces over 40" will still need to be shipped un-stretched (canvas removed from frame) and rolled in a shipping tube.

    International shipping can take a while but I will also get a time estimate.

  • Damaged Artwork

    If your painting was damaged during shipping please email me ASAP at lala.alvarezart@gmail.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue. This may require that you send me pictures of the damage for insurance purposes.

    General Return Info

    If you changed your mind and you would like to return a painting please contact me directly at lala.alvarezart@gmail.com. I do accept returns if you don't like the painting for any reason but the customer will be responsible for any shipping and packaging costs.

    Commissioned artwork

    Because of the process of creating custom paintings I do NOT accept returns (unless damaged) of commissioned artwork. Commissioned artwork requires a deposit and a series of customer approvals before it is shipped to the customer.
